KC Consulting LLC is committed to protecting the privacy of all its clients. Information gathered from clients during the document creation process will be kept confidential. All information received from or provided by the clients is strictly for the use of KC Consulting LLC services and will not be shared with any third party. KC Consulting LLC agrees not to disclose client’s confidential information to anyone or use it in any way other than for the purpose of performing services for the client.

KC Consulting LLC shall only ask for information necessary in creating document(s) for services hired by the client. All clients are required to read and sign a client agreement before services are rendered, which outlines terms and conditions such as payment terms, project delivery, revisions, privacy, services and refunds.

Invoices are required to be paid in full. Resumes, copywriting projects and additional services require a 100% upfront payment before services are rendered or projects are released. Payment plans are available for projects over $500. Providing payment for services, along with signing the client agreement, acknowledges full agreement to KC Consulting LLC’s Terms of Service. Autopay is required for all payment plans. For balances that are not paid in full, KC Consulting LLC reserves the right to charge applicable late fees, hire a collection agency or seek legal action if required. Regarding late fees, if KC Consulting LLC does not receive payment from the client within fourteen calendar days of any payment date, then the client will be charged a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount per each day that KC Consulting LLC does not receive payment.

After completion of writing services, KC Consulting provides two rounds of resume revisions (included in the rate), if needed. Notification of revisions must be received via email within one week of receipt of draft documents, or an additional fee will be charged for any modifications. For resume writing services, KC Consulting LLC does not guarantee job interviews or employment.

All prices are presented in US dollars. Client, therefore, shall pay in US dollars, regardless of location. All sales are final and non-refundable.
